The Loop is a Clow Card with the power to manipulate space and connect different locations. It is aligned under The Earthy.

It is one of the fifty-three Clow Cards in the anime.

Appearance

Loop is a simple, small band or loop, red on one side and black on the other. It is often pictured in one twist so that it resembles an infinity symbol (∞) or a Möbius strip.

Magic and Abilities

Spatial Looping: Loop has the ability to manipulate space and connect and splice different locations.

Fortune Telling: All Clow Cards have the ability to help their user predict the future. Their method of fortune-telling is similar to that of tarot cards. The interpretation of the message the Clow Cards relay depends on the magical power of the user.

Synopsis

Capture

It is defeated by the combined efforts of both Sakura and Syaoran (Episode 21 of the anime) each using The Sword card and Syaoran's sword, respectively.

Transformation

When a panicked Dash possesses Touya's bike in Episode 53, Sakura is repeatedly unable to catch up with Dash's prodigious speed, even when using The Windy card. Kero confers that even in his true form, he could not possibly catch up to Dash.^[1] Sakura finally uses the Loop to warp space so as to trap Dash in order to get close to it and is finally able to calm it down.
